Media Studio turns the product photos you already have into new marketing images and short videos. Find it under AI & Tools > Media Studio, or open it from any listing's Images section.
How the product stays accurate
Every generation sends your listing's main photo to the model as a reference, along with an instruction that the product must appear exactly as it does in that photo — same shape, colours, materials, printed artwork, and proportions. The AI changes the *scene* around your product (background, lighting, props, season, camera angle), not the product itself.
This matters for Etsy: a photo that misrepresents what a buyer receives is a policy problem and a refund waiting to happen. Review every generated image before you publish it — the guardrail is strong, but you are still the last check.

Images cost 10 AI credits each and are available on Starter and above.
Videos
Videos animate your product into a short clip — a slow pan, a lifestyle moment, a scroll-stopping opener for Reels or TikTok.
Rendering takes roughly one to three minutes. You can leave the page — the video finishes on our side and appears in the gallery when you come back.
Adding an image to your Etsy listing
Generated images have an Add to Etsy listing button. This uploads the image to your live Etsy shop immediately. It is *added* to the listing's photos — nothing is replaced or deleted — and Etsy allows up to 10 photos per listing. To remove it later, delete it from Etsy's own listing editor.
Videos are download-only for now: save the file and upload it to Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, or Etsy yourself.
Downloads expire
Download links are signed and valid for about an hour. If a link stops working, reopen Media Studio and a fresh one is generated.
If a generation fails
Failed generations refund their credits automatically — you are never charged for a video that didn't render or an image the safety filter blocked. Failures show the reason on the card in the gallery.
Requirements
Your listing needs at least one synced photo to act as the product reference. If a listing shows "no synced photos", run a shop sync from Settings > Shops & Sync first.
