Using Bulk Operations

Bulk operations let you change dozens of listings in one pass — add a seasonal tag across your whole shop, reprice for a sale, or run AI analysis on your entire catalog. Find it under AI & Tools > Bulk Operations.

Available Bulk Actions

ActionDescription
AI AnalysisGenerate optimization insights (title, tags, description) for every selected listing. Uses 1 AI credit per listing.
Bulk UpdateApply a new title, description, tags, price, or quantity to all selected listings.
Tag OperationsAdd, remove, or replace tags across selected listings.

Running a Bulk Operation

  • Go to Dashboard > Listings > Bulk Operations (also in the AI & Tools menu).
  • Check the box next to each listing to include, or use Select All. Use the search box and status/shop filters to narrow the list.
  • Choose an operation at the top of the page and fill in the form.
  • Click Preview Changes, review, then Confirm & Apply.
  • A progress dialog shows live status. You can close it — the operation keeps running in the background, and you'll get a notification when it finishes.

    • Applying to Etsy

    For updates and tag operations, the "Apply changes to Etsy immediately" checkbox controls whether changes push to your live Etsy shop or only update your Selletto Pro copy. Changes pushed to Etsy are also tracked in AI Impact, so you can see whether the change moved views and sales.

    A Few Rules

  • One shop at a time — a bulk operation runs against a single shop, so once you select a listing, listings from other shops can't join that batch.
  • Listings with variations keep their prices — a bulk price change is skipped for listings whose price varies by size, color, etc., so per-variation pricing is never overwritten. All other fields still apply.
  • Cancelling — a running job can be cancelled from the progress dialog. Listings already processed keep their changes; unused AI analysis credits are returned.

    • Reviewing Results

    The Operation History card at the bottom of the page shows every past job with its status, progress, and processed/failed counts.
